Abbott employees are doing work that matters. - As an experienced chemist you will lead in the development of lubricious coatings for current and future insertion system programs. - Take on a project lead function for core insertion system lubricious coatings (R&D) - Project Core Team Member - IOL surface coatings - Technical Support - coatings - Work with cross functional teams to define coatings definition and requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Basic Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: - Strong experience with a variety of manufacturing processes and lubricious coatings. - Successful development of lubricious coated products from medical industry. - Experience working in a cross-functional product development environment including involvement with projects from inception to production - Strong problem solving skills. DFM driven attitude.
